One of the biggest changes we’ve introduced is our lab grown gemstone and diamond collections. These pieces deliver the same optical, physical, and chemical qualities as mined stones while typically costing 30-40% less and creating substantially less land disturbance, waste, and ecological damage.
Responsible Resource Use
By digitising key processes across our supply chain and operations, we’ve reduced paper use and cut unnecessary waste. This helps us work more responsibly, ensuring resources are used thoughtfully and supporting a more sustainable way of doing business.
Recycled and Recyclable Packaging
We’ve shifted to delivery packaging made from recycled and recyclable materials including kraft paper and unbleached cardboard. This change has reduced our packaging waste by 40% and aligns our unboxing experience with modern low-impact trends that favour minimalism, reusability, and cleaner supply chains.
Greener Deliveries
We’ve partnered with delivery providers such as DPD and DHL, who have publicly committed to sustainable logistics, including reduced plastic waste and lower-emission transport. Working with them means every order is shipped in a way that better reflects our environmental values, cutting the carbon impact of transit and the footprint of each delivery.
